At TrendifyArab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are digital (e-books, online courses, templates, fonts, UI kits, stock assets, software, etc.) and delivered instantly, our policy is simple, fair, and designed specifically for digital products.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

You can request a full refund within 7 days if:

• You accidentally purchased the wrong product
• You bought the same product twice (duplicate purchase)
• The file failed to download due to a technical error on our side (and we couldn’t fix it within 24 hours)

When Refunds Are Not Possible

Because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds in these cases:

• You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the file
• You no longer need the product
• You found a similar product elsewhere for a lower price
• You didn’t like the content after using it

Non-Refundable Items

The following are always non-refundable:

• All downloadable digital files (PDF, ZIP, PSD, MP4, fonts, templates, etc.) once downloaded
• Online courses after accessing any lesson or downloading any material
• Subscription plans after activation
• Gift cards and promo codes

How to Request a Refund

• Send an email to support@trendifyarab.com within 7 days of purchase
• Include your order number and a short reason for the request
• We will reply within 24 hours
• If approved, your refund will be processed instantly to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed immediately upon approval
• The money will appear in your account within 1–5 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

• Check your bank account or PayPal
• Contact your bank or card provider
• Still no refund? Reply to our email or write again to support@trendifyarab.com – we’ll solve it right away

Exchanges

• We don’t offer exchanges for digital products. If you bought the wrong item and qualify for a refund, simply request a refund and buy the correct product.

Sale & Discounted Items

• All sale, bundle, and discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.

Gifts

• If you received a digital product as a gift, the refund (if approved) will go to the original buyer.
• A new gift code can be issued upon request.
